The shop is two doors east of Bellwoods, between Crawford and Beaconsfield. We are open six days a week. Walk-ins are welcome. The kettle is usually on.

By transit, on foot, or by bike.
Streetcar
The 501 Queen runs the length of the street. Get off at Beaconsfield. The shop is half a block west.
Bike
There is a Bike Share Toronto station at Queen and Crawford. Ring posts directly outside the shop.
Driving
Green P parking on Crawford and on Beaconsfield. Street parking is metered until 9 pm.

A small shop, a slow conversation.
Hewn is one room. There is rarely more than one or two visitors at a time, which is by design. We are happy to walk through what we carry and tell you the story of any piece.
